Developed at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the 1980s, our Havarti is a soft cheese with a smooth and creamy texture. Wisconsin-Style Havarti is mild with a buttery flavor. This cheese is excellent for melting, making it a great addition to grilled cheese, pizzas and casseroles.
