This buttered popcorn-flavored ice cream, packed with sweet strawberry pieces and crunchy chocolate flakes, was developed by the UW–Madison volleyball team. It’s salty, sweet and unexpected—just like a championship spike.
A regular dish weighs roughly 6 ounces and contains two scoops of ice cream. A large dish weighs roughly 10 ounces and contains four scoops of ice cream.
