Recipe: Pesto Havarti Mac n’ Cheese
Pesto Havarti is back, and it’s just as delicious as you remember! Try it on a charcuterie board, melted on a sandwich, or in this mac n’ cheese recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Babcock Dairy Pesto Havarti, shredded
- 1 lb small shell pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp pesto
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the small shell pasta, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn’t burn.
- Add the Pesto Havarti and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Drain your pasta and add into the cheese sauce, stirring to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with pesto to garnish and serve hot. Enjoy!
