Since 1951, the Babcock Dairy™ Plant has produced a wide variety of award-winning cheeses. Our student production interns, with the guidance of our cheesemakers, make all of our cheese.

Cheese Trays

Cheese platters are made to order — fully customizable. Please call (608) 262-3045 to order your tray 48 hours prior to pickup. There are three different sizes to choose from:

12″ serves ~20 people
16″ serves 30-40 people
18″ serves 50-60 people

Cheese Cubes

Our cheese cubes are conveniently packaged in single-serving, resealable bags. These bite-sized cubes are available in multiple flavors in our store.
