Game Day Sliders
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Babcock Monterey Jack with Chives cheese
- 1 package of Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 lb deli meat (we recommend turkey, ham or salami)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice pack of dinner rolls in half and place on baking sheet.
- Shred Babcock Monterey Jack with Chives cheese.
- Spread Mayo across inside of rolls.
- Layer deli meat of choice and spread cheese across both sides.
- Place both halves together to form your sliders.
- Heat butter in a microwavable bowl.
- Add to heated butter:
- Garlic minced
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Spread butter mixture on top of the sliders.
- Heat in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice into individual sliders and Enjoy!
Pull Apart Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made, unbaked pizza dough
- 1/2 lb Babcock Brick cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to your pizza dough’s package instructions.
- Cut the pizza dough into 16 even squares. Cut a thin slice off of the Brick cheese. Cube the rest of the cheese into 16 pieces.
- Wrap one piece of pizza dough around each cube of Brick cheese.
- Form the football on a nonstick baking sheet, placing four dough balls in a line in the center. Form two pyramids from the center line to create a football shape.
- Place the dough into the oven and cook until lightly browned, using package instructions.
- While the bread is cooking, melt your butter. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning and mix.
- Using the thin slice of Brick cheese, cut out the shape of football laces as a decorative topping.
- When your bread is done baking, remove it from the oven and brush it with the butter mixture. Add the football laces to the center of the football and serve warm. Enjoy!
Football Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Babcock Monterey Jack with Chives cheese
- 1/2 lb Babcock Marble Monterey Jack cheese
- Jumbo Cashews
- Potters Crackers
- Varsity Meats Summer Sausage
Instructions
- Cube the Monterey Jack with Chives cheese, saving a large, thin slice. Cut the slice into the shape of football laces. Slice the Marble Monterey Jack into squares. Remove the wrapping from the summer sausage and slice into coins.
- Assemble the charcuterie board, placing the summer sausage in a diamond shape at the center of the board. Place the laces on top of the sausage. Surround the summer sausage with the rest of the cheese, crackers and nuts.
- Serve and enjoy!
